U.S. customers

No customs or tariff charges at delivery.

For U.S. orders, the Handling Fee shown separately at checkout covers the U.S. customs duties and tariffs that we prepay on your behalf so your package can be shipped through Canada Post.

Your checkout will show:

• Shipping: the actual cost of shipping your order

• Handling Fee: the prepaid customs duties/tariffs required for your U.S. shipment

The Handling Fee is therefore not an additional surprise charge - it covers the customs and tariff costs that are paid in advance for you.

You will not have to pay any additional customs duties, tariffs, or import charges when your package is delivered. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay for these charges upfront, so there should be no unexpected customs bill at your door.
